Rhiannon Deaves 

I’m Rhiannon, a Lifestyle and Performance Nutritionist and FMG Bikini athlete with over 9 years of experience helping people transform their bodies, mindsets, and relationship with food.

When I first entered the industry, it was through my own transformation. 

I fell in love with competing and the process of pushing my limits, but my first prep taught me more than any trophy ever could. 

I spent a long time on a strict “chicken, broccoli, and rice” plan, terrified to eat anything else. My coach dismissed the idea of learning about macros, and I believed that the only way to stay lean was through restriction.

That experience damaged my health, but it also lit the fire that built my career. 

I knew there had to be another way. So I studied nutrition, learned the science, and built my mission around teaching people how to understand their bodies instead of fearing them.

As I fell in love with the science behind how the body functions, I wanted to take that knowledge further, beyond nutrition. That’s what led me to become a personal trainer. 

I wanted to understand movement patterns, loading techniques, and how to truly coach the body, not just feed it. 

Combining both has allowed me to become a well-rounded coach, one who can guide clients through both the internal and external aspects of transformation with precision and purpose.

Now, I coach through evidence-based education, but always with a real-world approach. Because I’ve lived the extremes, and I know balance isn’t found in perfection. It’s built through awareness, structure, and freedom that actually fit’s your life.

I’m here to help people cut through the noise, learn how their body really works, and build something sustainable for the long term.

As a coach, I’m a mix of bubbly and structured, nurturing and firm. I’m empathetic, but I’ll always tell you the truth. Every client I work with is different, some need a push, some need a pause, and I’ll always meet you where you’re at. 

My clients say they finally feel heard, seen, and understood that I make the science make sense, breaking down what’s actually happening in their body so they stop overthinking every scale change or mirror check.

Because nothing about your progress is random, everything from your stress, digestion, sleep, hormones, energy, it all connects. And when you understand those layers, you gain real power over your results.

Outside the gym, I’m a mix of independence and spontaneity, structured, yet free-spirited. I’m driven, curious, and constantly growing. I love routine, but I also crave freedom, and maybe that’s why I coach the way I do, because I know that discipline means nothing without balance.

To me, success is feeling grounded, confident, and connected to the life that fills your cup. It’s about knowing who you are, not just what you achieve.

And that’s exactly what I help people build, the education, structure, and self-awareness to become the strongest, healthiest, and most confident version of themselves.
