With over 6 years of experience as a coach and Sports Nutritionist in the fitness industry.


I am a current FMG (Previously WBFF) Bikini athlete. I’ve competed in 7 nationwide shows, consistently achieving top placings.


My focus as an online coach and nutritionist, is helping individuals achieve a range of goals, such as addressing food relationship concerns, managing weight loss, promoting muscle growth, and improving athletic performance for both bodybuilding and sports.


Whether you’re striving to lose weight, build muscle, improve your relationship with food, or compete in bodybuilding, my coaching approach revolves around educating you on the significance of balanced nutrition. 


I will provide guidance on how to meet your body’s nutritional needs for optimal health, digestion, and performance, while incorporating vitamin and mineral supplementation as required.

For the JCN performance athletes, our programming is tailored to meet the specific demands of your sport or competition preparation.
