6-week personalised training blocks tailored to your goals and lifestyle
Individualized macros or meal plans to support training and body composition goals

PERSONAL TRAINING WEEKLY & Online Coaching

Nutrition programming included
12 weeks minimum
An all-inclusive coaching program combining structured personal training, evidence-based nutrition strategies, and expert accountability to help you achieve sustainable, high-level results.
45-minute WEEKLY 1:1 PT sessions –focus on form correction, strength progression, and mind-muscle connection
6-week personalised training blocks, designed around your body composition goals and progressions, weaknesses and strengths 
Evidence-based nutrition coaching – individualised macros or meal plans, education, and creative & practical meal strategies
Supplementation guidance for performance and recovery
Online Fortnightly progress check-ins, progress tracking

Payment Schedule and Cancellations 

Upon signing up, your first payment will be processed immediately. Subsequent weekly payments will be debited on Wednesdays.

Should you need to modify your payment schedule, whether weekly, fortnightly, daily, or by a specific date, kindly contact the Rhifocus admin team at info@rhifocus.online to discuss available options.

To cancel your subscription, you must provide a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice after completing the initial 12-week minimum term for the Nutrition and condition program with Rhifocus Coaching. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions on our website.
