Who are my coaches?

I’m Rhiannon Deaves, a Nutritionist, Lifestyle & Performance Coach, and FMG Bikini athlete with over 9 years of experience helping people transform their bodies, mindset, and relationship with food.

I provided evidence-based nutrition and training, working with both lifestyle clients and performance athletes. Every program I create is tailored to the individual, their goals, body, and lifestyle, because no two people are the same.

My passion lies in bridging the gap between science and real life. I teach people how to fuel, train, and move with intent, building not just physical results, but the knowledge and confidence to maintain them.

For lifestyle clients, my focus is on education: understanding how nutrition supports energy, mood, hormones, and body composition so you can create balance and sustainability.

For athletes and competitors, I take a more performance-based approach, optimising nutrition and training strategies to enhance recovery, improve output, and align with the specific demands of their sport or competition prep.

At the core of everything I do is education, structure, and self-awareness, helping you understand your body, trust the process, and achieve results that last.

Yes! In order to track your progress I will ask you to send me photos each week with your check in submission form.

For those training from home, Rhifocus Coaching provides fully customised programs designed around your equipment, space, and goals.

Having access to a gym is one of the most effective tools for achieving body composition goals. It allows you to progressively overload your muscles, increase energy output, and optimise lean tissue development, all of which are key for improving strength, shape, and performance.

While there are other forms of training that can support your results, weight training is one of the main drivers of body recomposition and developing a toned, defined physique, especially after a fat-loss phase.

If you train from home, that’s completely okay too, your program will be customised to suit your equipment and setup. However, a gym environment provides greater variety and load progression, which can enhance your long-term results.

Absolutely! Every coaching program is built around your individual goals, training style, and nutrition preferences. Your plan is completely personalised to help you progress efficiently while still fitting your lifestyle.

Challenge programs, however, follow a set structure and aren’t individually customised, check the product description for full details on what’s included.

Alcohol can absolutely fit into your lifestyle, but context matters.

When you’re in a fat loss phase or calorie deficit, alcohol isn’t ideal because it provides calories without nutritional value, reduces satiety, and can impact recovery, sleep, and training performance. That’s why I generally recommend limiting it during these periods.

However, part of creating a sustainable approach to health and body composition means understanding how to include social events and flexibility. If you’re consistent the majority of the time, enjoying a drink on a special occasion won’t derail your progress, it’s about awareness and moderation, not restriction.

My goal is to help you understand the “why” behind your choices so you can make informed decisions that align with your goals, rather than following rigid rules.

Payments are made weekly via Stripe/ Newie, using either a debit card, credit card, or bank details.

You can also choose to Afterpay a full program subscription (12 or 16 weeks). Please note that Afterpay is only available for upfront subscriptions, not ongoing payments.

You’ll have full access to the RFC App, where your program is delivered digitally. Inside the app, you’ll find your periodised training blocks (typically structured over 6–8 weeks), complete with exercise demonstration videos and detailed instructions.

The app allows you to log your weights, reps, and sets, track progressions, and monitor performance, giving you clear structure and accountability throughout your training journey.

Absolutely. Rhifocus Coaching works with both men and women across all goals, from fat loss and body recomposition to strength development and performance.

Every program is fully tailored to the individuals goals, your training style, and your lifestyle. Whether you’re lifting in a commercial gym, training at home, or balancing a demanding schedule, your plan is built to help you perform and progress efficiently.

If you’re joining one of the Rhifocus main programs, your start date can be adjusted to suit your schedule. Simply contact info@rhifocus.online, and we’ll organise your preferred start time.

However, if you’re participating in a challenge, the start date is fixed and cannot be changed. This ensures all participants begin together and progress through the program as a team.

Yes, I work with both vegan and vegetarian clients. Your nutrition is built around your dietary preferences while ensuring you’re meeting your macro and micronutrient needs to support performance, recovery, and overall health.

Each coaching program provides personalised nutrition tailored to your dietary requirements or allergies. For example; Gluten-free, dairy-free, coeliac, and other specific needs are all accommodated to ensure your plan is both balanced and sustainable.
