Nutrition & Condition Program

The 12-Week Nutrition & Condition Program is a comprehensive coaching experience designed to teach you how to structure your nutrition effectively while receiving personalised meal plans or macro targets that align with your goals. 

This program supports you in building consistency, hitting your weekly targets, working toward your specific body composition goal, and creating long-term lifestyle change.

You’ll follow a structured, evidence-based approach to both nutrition and training, giving you the clarity, education, and direction needed to progress with confidence. Your plan is tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle, creating a strong, sustainable framework for real transformation.

Across the 12 weeks, you’ll complete fortnightly check-ins with your Nutritionist Rhiannon Deaves, receiving detailed feedback and adjustments to ensure your continued growth, learning, and progress toward your body composition goals.

Fortnightly Accountability & Progress Check-Ins

Detailed reviews covering nutrition execution, training performance, recovery markers, digestion, sleep, and overall progress.

Ongoing Support

Guidance between check-ins via the RFC App, email, and voice message.

A structured meal plan or macro program tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and dietary needs, suitable for fat loss, recomposition, or building phases.

Learn how to structure balanced meals, fuel properly, understand hunger cues, gut health, and support your hormone health.

Periodised Training Program (6–8 Weeks)

Custom training blocks built around your goals and equipment, delivered through the RFC App with form videos, cues, and progress logging.

Cardio & Step Targets

Weekly movement targets aligned with your goals, energy, and recovery needs.

Evidence-based recommendations to support digestion, recovery, sleep, energy, and overall well-being.

Coached by your Lifestyle & Performance Nutritionist

Work directly with your Nutritionist, who has extensive experience and knowledge in body composition, performance, and lifestyle transformations.

Payment Schedule and Cancellations 

Upon signing up, your first payment will be processed immediately. 

Should you need to modify your payment schedule, whether weekly, fortnightly, daily, or by a specific date, kindly contact the Rhifocus admin team at info@rhifocus.online to discuss available options.

To cancel your subscription, you must provide a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice after completing the initial 12-week minimum term for the Nutrition and condition program with Rhifocus Coaching. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions on our website.
