Our 12-week Nutrition and Conditioning program offers
comprehensive support in nutrition, mindset health and overall fitness and physical health.
The program is tailored to your lifestyle, it includes
nutritional education, personalised meal plans or macros, and customised training blocks.
Throughout the 12 weeks, you’ll benefit from fortnightly check-ins with our internationally recognised sports nutritionist Rhiannon Deaves.
This ensures accountability and provides you with top-tier expertise as we craft and adjust your plan to maximise results.

Payment Schedule and Cancellations
Upon signing up, your first payment will be processed immediately. Subsequent weekly payments will be debited on Wednesdays.
Should you need to modify your payment schedule, whether weekly, fortnightly, daily, or by a specific date, kindly contact the Rhifocus admin team at info@rhifocus.online to discuss available options.
To cancel your subscription, you must provide a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice after completing the initial 12-week minimum term for the Nutrition and condition program with Rhifocus Coaching. For further details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions on our website.
